Cringleford Neighbourhood Plan

The Cringleford Neighbourhood Plan was formally made part of the Development Plan by South Norfolk Council on 24 February 2014. This followed the positive outcome of a referendum on 24 January 2014, where a large majority of those who voted were in favour of the Plan. The Neighbourhood Plan will help shape the future of Cringleford to 2026.

The Neighbourhood Plan covers the whole of the parish of Cringleford and was prepared by the parish council. The Plan provides for approximately 1,200 new dwellings whilst promoting integration of the community and enhancement of the open and green character of the village.
