County Council elections take place every 4 years with the next election taking place on 4 May 2017.
There are 84 Norfolk County Councillors who represent their communities in Norfolk; in South Norfolk there are 12 County Councillors. For more information on county council elections visit Norfolk County Council. You may also wish to view a map of your county divisions.
You must be registered to vote by 13 April. If you are not already registered it is quick and easy to do on the gov website. Unless you are a postal or proxy voter, you will need to attend your designated polling station on 4 May. Your polling station will be printed on your poll card. View a list of all the polling station in South Norfolk. To apply for a postal vote you must do this by the 18 April 5pm. To apply for a proxy vote you must apply by 25 April at 5pm.
