Coronavirus information

The government announced that England will follow the Living with COVID-19 guidance from 21 February 2022. There are still ways we can protect ourselves and others from the spread of COVID-19, these include:

  • getting vaccinated
  • letting fresh air in if you meet others indoors
  • practising good hygiene including washing your hands regularly, covering your coughs and sneezes, cleaning your surroundings frequently
  • wearing a face covering

Find out more on the government website.

Visiting our offices

If you are planning to come into the office, please contact us to book an appointment to ensure there is someone available who can deal with your inquiry on arrival.

We have published a statement to confirm that our premises, Thorpe Lodge and South Norfolk House, are COVID-19 secure, in line with government guidance, and full details of our risk assessment of both premises.

Visiting NHS buildings

There is still a requirement to wear a face covering when entering a NHS building. Patients and visitors who are not exempt from wearing a face covering should continue to wear one, follow social distancing and hand hygiene guidance.

Travelling abroad

It is important to check any travel requirements when planning a visit to another country.

Getting tested for Coronavirus

Free symptomatic and asymptomatic tests are no longer available for the general public. However, some people are still eligible for free testing as listed on the government website.

Booking your COVID-19 vaccination

You can book and manage your COVID-19 vaccination on the NHS website.
