Download information here relating to business rate accounts. Please note that in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all personal data has been removed and replaced with ‘redacted – personal data’.
- All live business rates accounts as extracted from our database as at 31st December 2019. (details of addresses, empty properties, relevant exemptions and rate reliefs included). Please note that in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all personal data has been removed and appears as a blank cell. Ratepayers names are not provided for individuals, sole traders or partnerships as Data Protection prevents the publication of individual names. The ratepayer is the person/party liable to pay the charge. In many cases this is a leaseholder or occupier and not an owner. It is not possible to identify the owners from our records. Account references are not included as these are personal to the account, and are used to ensure that a ratepayer is actually the account holder when they contact us. We aim to refresh this data on a quarterly basis.
- We pro-actively review and subsequently refund all credits on a weekly basis. As at 30th September 2019 there were just three customers with a credit balance in excess of £100.00 where a refund is not already in the process of being issued.
