South Norfolk Council takes your privacy extremely seriously. On 25th May 2018 new data protection legislation came into effect. It provides extra rights for individuals and greater obligations on organisations.

South Norfolk Council reviewed and updated our processes, to ensure that we continue to put the privacy of your personal information at the forefront of our practices.

As a local authority we are required to process the personal data of our customers in many ways.
