South Norfolk Council takes your privacy extremely seriously. On 25th May 2018 a new piece of data protection legislation called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply. It provides extra rights for individuals and greater obligations on organisations.

South Norfolk Council have been working very hard to review and update our processes, to ensure that we continue to put the privacy of your personal information at the forefront of our practices. We have made changes to ensure we maintain legal compliance and continue to provide robust and customer-focused services.

As a local authority we are required to process the personal data of our customers in many ways.
