Customer Notice
Following the announcement by central government of its plans to restrict the spread of COVID-19 virus by eliminating all non-essential movement, we have taken the difficult decision to fully close all four of our leisure facilities from 10pm on Tuesday 17 March.
The closure includes all fitness classes, access to the gyms, Swim School, Kids Camp, Bananas Soft Play and our 3G pitches and it is planned that the centres will remain closed until, at least 1 May 2020.
We will review this decision as the situation progresses and will provide further information as it becomes available.
We will contact customers regarding any pre-paid memberships and bookings, and we will not be taking any Direct Debit payments for fitness and Swim School subscriptions on the 1 April.
During the closure our leisure staff will be redeployed to other areas of the Council to help ensure that we can continue to deliver the essential services that are relied upon by our most vulnerable residents.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this closure causes but we are sure that you will understand the reasons for the action we have taken.

Just off the A11 in Wymondham sits our fantastic community facility, Kett's Park, which includes:
- full size 11v11 floodlit, 3G artificial pitch - includes 9v9, 7v7 and 5v5 pitches with spectator viewing
- natural grass football pitches
- three floodlight tennis courts
- and a community and recreation centre, including a multi-purpose hall with linked meeting facility and changing rooms.

There are so many reasons to get together with family and friends. Whatever the occasion, our hall at Kett’s Park could be the perfect venue for you. Our pavilion holds up to 100 guests, has ample parking and includes a kitchen making it the perfect choice for your birthday party, anniversary, christening or any other reason to get together.
Prices
- Day rate, 4 hours: £60
- Evening rate, 5pm to 12pm: £150
Please note, 2 months-notice is required for party bookings and a £100 damage deposit is payable at the time of booking.

Our bar area offers a smaller space for business meetings and training sessions. The room will comfortably seat up to 30 and prices below include beverages and biscuits.

Our three all-weather tennis courts are available to the public and can be booked up to two weeks in advance.
Wymondham Tennis Club has the sole right to use these courts at various times during the week for matches and coaching.

£6 per court per hour, with floodlights an additional £6 per hour if required.
