Back To You

Back To You is a scheme aimed to help you recover from a recent (within the last six months) joint replacement or stroke. We want to pick up where your physio left off and continue your rehabilitation to help you feel as confident and capable as you were before.

A qualified exercise referral specialist will visit you at home to motivate you through your rehabilitation plan and provide progressions to your exercises when appropriate. We will visit up to twice per week for eight weeks and look to refer you into a local exercise group at the end of the course to help you further improve your fitness

Back to you is funded through our Disabled Facilities Grant and comes at no cost to the user.

Sheryl has been working in the fitness industry for 5 years and in addition to a referral instructor qualification she is also a qualified instructor for Level 2 Gym, Exercise to Music, Boxercise, Circuits and Aqua-fit.

Working with clients that have a health need to exercise is something Sheryl feels particularly passionate about because of the positive impact it can have on quality of life. She is keen to work with clients from all backgrounds and help push each client to surpass their expectations.

GP Referral Instructor for South Norfolk Council. His aim is to help you reach your personal goals and values, by creating healthy lifestyle changes you can maintain and put you in the best position possible.

Mike has been in health and fitness for 10 years with his background being in Sport Science, Personal Training, Low Back Pain Rehabilitation and Nutrition.

Mike also works on an NHS scheme to help prevent diabetes, as a Health and Well-being Coach. He liaises with GP’s throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, teaching groups about how they can adjust their lifestyles to help improve their own personal health and well-being.

Mike will make each session as enjoyable as possible and will work to the best of his ability to ensure you reach the goals you want to achieve.
