The Site Specific Allocations and Policies Document is part of the South Norfolk Local Plan. Guided by the Joint Core Strategy, it designates areas of land to deliver housing, employment, recreation, open spaces and community uses. Together with the other documents that make up the Development Plan it is used to assess planning applications and guide development proposals to ensure the delivery of high quality sustainable developments across South Norfolk.
The document was formally adopted on 26 October 2015 and covers the period up to 2026. The full document can be downloaded below or view an alphabetical list of settlement policies and maps.
