South Norfolk Council agreed to adopt and implement the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule on 24 February 2014 and the Regulation123 list which sets out the elements which will be covered by CIL and Section 106 Agreements.
Since 1 May 2014, we have been implementing the Community Infrastructure Levy. CIL applies to any planning decision that qualifies from, and including, that date. Find out more about the Community Infrastructure Levy and the associated charges.
