Online Accounts

We currently provide 3 separate online accounts...

  • My Account - For existing residents to access Council Tax, Bin Collection and other services.
  • Leisure Portal - For membership and access to Wymondham, Diss and Long Stratton leisure facilities.
  • Planning Public Access - For commenting and viewing planning applications and submitting plans etc.

You will need to create a separate account to access each of these services. We are working towards providing a single sign on process for all our customers to access all services through a single customer account.
