Business grants and funding

We work in partnership with a number of funding organisations to support economic growth with access to grants, loans and financial investment to help your business grow.

Listed below is a selection of funding sources which may prove helpful to your business.


New Anglia Growth Programme

Has a support directory where you can search for business funding options from local and national sources.


Growing Business Fund

Run by New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership provides grants up to £500,000 for local businesses wanting to grow and create new jobs.


Growing Places Fund 

Helps kick-start and support development projects across Suffolk and Norfolk. From innovation centres that will help launch new startups, to transforming empty land into new homes and commercial premises, the Fund provides infrastructure loan funding to projects that might otherwise have stalled or not started at all.


Local Infrastructure Fund 

Is a £20 million funding programme offering loans to developers within the South Norfolk area to deliver essential infrastructure, such as roads and transport links.


Energy grants

To support business related energy efficiency initiatives, provided by Business Energy Efficiency Anglia (BEE Anglia). Also offering expert advice and online training.  


Grants for rural businesses

As part of the Rural Development Programme 2014 - 2020 provided by Norfolk LAGs. Also offering independent expert advice for businesses across Norfolk.


The Growth Programme

Provides funding to help projects in England which create jobs and help rural economy growth. These grants are funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).


Innovation funding

Provided by GOV.UK to support development of an innovative product or service, with funding available between £25,000 and £10 million.


Innovation vouchers

Up to the value of £5,000 are available to support research and development collaborations from a number of organisations including Innovation New Anglia, Innovate UK and KEEP.


KEEP+ innovation network

Is a series of free events that bring together like-minded business owners and entrepreneurs with public sector and university contacts in order to foster and develop long lasting relationships that endorse cross sector working and open the door to future collaborations.


Corporation Tax: Research and development tax relief

Can help to reduce your company’s tax bill.
