Held in the small cosy upper restaurant, perfect for our bitesize session. 

What is it?

‘How to get more volunteers and keep them’ is all about understanding why people volunteer and how to create roles that will play to their strengths. It will also explore ways to develop, train and recognise volunteers, and keep them engaged.  Guest speakers will share how they have gained more volunteers, and kept them!

Quiet rural free house situated in the beautiful village of Broome.

What is it?

‘How to set up a community group’ will help you to do just that! It will look at writing and understanding Constitutions, finding the right roles for the right people and making sure that everyone is covered (data protection, safeguarding and insurances). Guest speakers will share their experiences of setting up community groups; good and bad!
