Health and Wellbeing Strategy
Following consultation with partners, residents and Members we have produced our Health and Wellbeing Strategy which provides a vision and policy framework on how we will work with our residents and partners to improve health and wellbeing across South Norfolk. We will particularly focus on prioritising prevention, tackling inequalities in communities and integrating ways of working. As a district council, we recognise the valuable economic, health and social benefits and advantages that being active can have on our communities. SNC has made an investment of over £6,000,000 in our leisure facilities over the last 4 years demonstrating our ambition to deliver commercially viable and holistic leisure services for our residents.
