Community Dial-a-Ride Minibuses are fully accessible minibuses set up and run by the local community which operate in the following areas – Beccles/Bungay, Diss and Harleston, Greater Norwich and Wymondham . To use this service you need to contact the operator directly – full details given below.

Beccles / Bungay Area Community Transport (BACIT)

  • A minibus dial-a-ride service feeding into Bungay and surrounding areas every Thursday 9.30am - 4.30pm
  • A minibus dial-a-ride service feeding into Beccles and surrounding areas every Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm
  • Lift for wheelchair
  • Door-to-door service
  • Minibus also available for group hire

Diss and District Community Transport Association ‘Borderhoppa’

  • A minibus dial-a-ride service based around Eye, Harleston, Diss and Stradbroke
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Available to anyone in the parishes in this area who has no access to alternative transport
  • Minibus also available for group hire

Norwich Door to Door

  • A minibus dial-a-ride service for all people who find it very difficult or impossible to use the existing public transport buses or the volunteer service. The fully wheelchair accessible vehicles can take members to visit the doctor and clinics, go shopping, pursue further education opportunities, make social trips or go to work.
