Summary
The new planning system makes adapting to and reducing the effects of climate change key to planning good quality new development. This guidance has been produced to address the pace of change in recent Government and regional policy on low carbon development. If you are an applicant, developer or agent, this advice note will help you take full account of energy issues in your development proposals.
