Printable planning application forms
Summary
The best way to apply for planning permission is to do it online through the Planning Portal, but if you're unable to do so then you can download the application forms here. All 25 application forms, plus guidance notes, can be downloaded by following the links below.
We have now switched to the new National Standard Planning Application Forms, so please make sure you use these forms from now on as we will not be able to accept applications on older versions of the application form.
Before sending your application, make sure you know all the relevant planning application fees, and you have completed a Design & Access Statement (if appropriate).
Important!
The application, plans and any documents or comments you send us are part of the public record and are available for any member of the public to see or have copies of. They will also be scanned and placed on our website in our online Planning Explorer.
