This is an early c17 timber frame house with c19 brick facing and has a steeply pitched pantile roof with gable ends. The property is unoccupied and has suffered from a lack of maintenance for many years. The building is not weather tight and is in need of major repairs to the roof.
The Norfolk Historic Buildings Trust have expressed an interest in taking on the building should the Council seek to address issues through a Repairs Notice/Compulsory Purchase Order.
