This timber-framed barn is in need of substantial repair and maintenance. It is situated within a working farm and does not appear to be used for any purpose. Parts of the elevations have recently been boarded up to provide some protection from the weather.
Details for a scheme to convert the barn to residential use have been submitted to the Council for comment. Whilst there are a number of issues still to be resolved it is hoped that a formal application will be submitted later this year.
