This building is under maintained and in need of an major programme of restoration.
Works have recently been completed to re-roof the building. A comprehensive scheme of restoration, which includes and new rear extension has been granted planning permission and listed building consent. Whilst there has been progress with further works it is anticipated that the building will remain on the register for at least the next year or so in view of the extent of works required.
