This is a timber-framed house with a brick skin. The building is effectively a shell with very few interior features surviving. There are some outbuildings associated with this site.
The building is unoccupied and boarded up. The owner is happy to ensure that it is maintained against the weather, but does not appear to be interested in re-using the building at present. The building is, however, well consolidated and appears to be in a reasonably good condition.
