The building has been unoccupied for the last few years. It has a large shop area at the ground floor with accommodation above and at the rear.
Following the granting of planning permission and listed building consent works have been completed to extend the building to provide additional shop units to the south side.
The completed works have addressed structural issues with the building which should be removed from the register at the end of 2011.
