This building has a large shop area at the ground floor with accommodation above and at the rear. Attached to the south side is a lean-to area, which is in use as a cafe. Foundation works are required to stabilize the south gable end of the building.
A proposal for underpining & repair works at the south gable has been agreed but not yet implemented.
