Diss Swim & Fitness Centre
Diss Swim & Fitness Centre has a 25 metre main pool and a learner pool. There is also a gym, sauna, steam room and spa.
A variety of water-based and gym classes take place along with an extensive swimming lesson programme. These pages will tell you all you need to know.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7am - 10pm
- Wednesday: 7am - 9.30pm
- Friday: 7am - 7.30pm
- Saturday: 8am - 4pm
- Sunday: 8am - 7pm
