If you want to improve or maintain your fitness levels, then Wymondham Leisure Centre is the ideal place to go. The centre has a wide range of classes to suit all fitness levels and a gym featuring Matrix and Cybex equipment.

When joining the gym, every new member is given an induction with a qualified gym instructor who will go through a series of health related questions before a tour of the gym. You’ll get a demonstration of the range of equipment, after which you can start to work out.
The instructor will then ask you about your aims and goals before setting a challenging fitness programme. These programmes are reviewed and new challenges are set whilst monitoring results.
A full Fitness Assessment service is available which will include:
- Body measurements
- Body composition
- Lung function
- Grip strength
- Cardio vascular efficiency measurements

Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Acupressure Chair Massage.
Linda has over 10 years experience in massage therapies, she is ITEC qualified and looks at each person as an individual and offers treatment accordingly.
