Easter opening times
Our Easter opening times are:
- Friday 18 April (Good Friday): 8am - 3pm
- Saturday 19 April: Normal hours
- Sunday 20 April (Easter Sunday): 8am - 8pm
- Monday 21 April: 8am - 3pm

Please note during private hire bookings the Relaxation Suite is not available for public use.

It's never too early to help children enjoy the water, so why not come to this special session when the teaching pool is exclusively for your use and to add to the fun, toys are also provided. Please note that this session is only suitable for children 7 years and under.
Concessionary prices available for qualifying residents via our Leisure Passport scheme. Please ask for details. The timetable will change during the school holidays and will be displayed at the centre prior to the start of the holiday. We advise you to check availability before your swim. Parents should ensure all children under the age of three wear swimming nappies. These can be purchased at the leisure centre. The timetable is subject to change.
Zumba: A dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of latin and international rhythms with easy to follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body.
Zumba (Aged 11 - 16 years) Join the ultimate high energy dance party, designed exclusively for young people aged 11 to 16 years.
60 + Circuits: Low impact aerobic and toning exercises to suit the more mature customer.
Aquafit: Water based aerobics class designed to increase overall fitness and tone. A popular class that's gentle on the joints but increases heart rate in a fun atmosphere.
Body Combat: Your license to punch and kick your way to results! This class is based on martial arts fitness moves including blocks, strikes, kicks and punches to motivating music which gives you a fat fighting, calorie burning cardio workout. This will also help you to de-stress.
Step 4 All: Step aerobics is suitable for all, aimed at increasing heart rate as a cardio based, calorie burning workout incorporating choreography for co-ordination and fun.
Friday Fun Aerobics: A mixed ability class suitable for everyone aimed at raising your heart rate with easy to follow choreography.
Body Pump: The original barbell class. Simple, safe and effective resistance training exercise taken from the gym environment. Exercises are set to powerful, motivating music in a group fitness environment providing a standardised memorable and results orientated workout.
Fitness Yoga: A conditioning workout using yoga postures and elements of fitness to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture.
Circuits: Stationed exercises aimed to increase your fitness, strength, stamina and tone in a fun and motivating environment.
Studio Cycling: A non impact high intensity cardio workout suitable for all due to you being in control of your own resistance/level. High energy music to get your heart rate racing!
New Body: Low impact aerobic toning class with the option of hand weights to increase intensity, an ideal combination for toning and weight loss.
Functional Fitness: Circuit style class using functional training equipment such as TRX’s, Kettle Bells and Battle ropes etc aimed to improve strength, agility, speed, stamina and endurance.
Kettle Bell Workshop: This is a studio based class aimed to teach you how to use Kettle Bells safely and effectively and with great technique.
CXWORX: An Intense but hugely effective 30 minute workout to strengthen your core through exercises that tighten and tone your abs, back and butt.
50/50: 30 minute studio cycling followed by 30 minutes of studio based exercise, the perfect cardio and resistance combo!
Kettle Bell Circuits: Strength and conditioning class incorporating Kettle Bells to make you feel muscles you've not used in years, a great new way of weight training! If you've not used Kettle Bells before please try to attend our workshop first.
