Fitness class descriptions
60's+ Aerobics
A low impact session focusing on maintaining flexibility and mobility, held in the gym on a Wednesday at 11:15 - 12:00.
Aqua Aerobics
This pool based exercise to music class is designed to improve flexibility, mobility and cardio vascular fitness, whilst the water supports the body weight.
Swim
This session is specifically aimed at improving stroke technique, endurance and swimming speed.

Pay & play
The Centre is operated on a pay and play basis apart from the gym where there is a membership fee. Concessionary prices are available via the Leisure Passport scheme. For more information on opening times and fees see the 'Downloads' section of this page (above).
The Centre is open seven days a week. Please note the centre is open on reduced hours during Bank Holidays.
