Smockhill Common is owned by Shotesham Hall Estate, but licensed to us to provide ‘open air recreation’ for the local community.
There is a small car park off Cargate Lane that will give you access to the 10 hectares of the site, with walks that will take you alongside the river Tas, through woodland and across open heath.
