Affordable housing
Affordable housing is housing which is available to people who cannot afford to buy houses generally available on the open market, regardless of the tenure, type of ownership or financial arrangements.
Our Housing Strategy and Enabling Team provides advice and support for those developing affordable housing in South Norfolk. The Low Cost Housing Project is a specific project which aims to innovate and deliver more low cost housing for local people, as one of the council's six corporate priorities.
