About Home Options
Applicants to Home Options are prioritised according to their need. Social housing for rent is advertised weekly and applicants can apply for properties if they meet the size requirements.
All properties are advertised on the Home Options website, through public access computers in libraries across the district and on digital television.
The application process
When you apply to the Housing Register and have supplied all necessary documents to verify your circumstances we will assess your application and put you in a band that reflects your housing need. We will give you your band, your bidding reference number and access to a full scheme user guide.
