The Forum in Norwich, home to the Millenium Library CICMillennium Library Council Information Centre, The Forum, Norwich

The Council Information Centre (CIC) at the Millennium Library in The Forum, Norwich, opened on May 31 2004.

Come along and visit the centre at the award-winning Forum building to find out about your local council services.

This CIC is a collaboration between Norfolk County, South Norfolk and Broadland District Councils. It is designed to help people find their way around the complexities of local government by offering information about a wide range of services such as refuse collection, recycling facilities, concessionary bus and rail passes and benefits.

The staff are supported by the very latest information from their computer screens and can assist you to reach other organisations.

The Citizens' Advice Bureaux, Age Concern, the Department of Work and Pensions and other voluntary services are making full use of the Forum's central location, to hold regular events and surgeries.

Opening hours

Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Diss Council Information Centre

We support the Council Information Centre run by Diss Town Council at its offices on Market Hill, Diss. We are also involved with and support the Community Information Point operated by the Harleston Development Partnership in Exchange Street, Harleston.

We are hoping to develop similar centres across the district over the next few years to enable greater face-to-face interaction with our residents.

Please use your local CICs to find out how we can help you and what we are here to do for you.
