Customer satisfaction survey results

Summary

Every three years a satisfaction survey is carried out in South Norfolk by the independent company Ipsos MORI. They ask residents whether they are happy with the way we deliver services such as street cleaning, rubbish collection and handling complaints. The results are given below.
