Animal premises licences
Summary
For some types of business where animals are kept, sold or displayed it is a legal requirement for them to be licensed.

Do I need a license?
A license is required for:
- breeding of dogs;
- commercial pet shops;
- animal boarding establishments (for dog kennels and catteries);
- riding schools;
- zoos, and;
- dangerous wild animals.
