Further information

Lost or stolen bins

If your bin was lost or stolen we will need to ask you the following questions:

  • Firstly what colour and size of bin is missing?
  • When it was it found to be missing. Was it out overnight or during the day?
  • Was it full or empty?
  • Have the collectors left you a card to say there was a problem? On the very odd occasion bins will sometimes fall into the back of our collection lorry if they have been overfilled.

Fill in the form above or contact us giving as much detail as you can about how the bin was found to be missing. We will give you a reference number and arrange for a replacement bin to be delivered to you.

Please note: If your bin turns up after you have reported it missing please let us know. The bins are expensive, so we need to make sure we only replace bins that are genuinely missing.

Damaged bins

If your bin was damaged we will need to establish how this happened. If the bin was damaged through no fault of your own we will replace it free of charge. However, if you damaged the bin then we may ask for a contribution to the cost of providing you with a new one. Please fill in the form above or contact us with the details of how the bin was damaged.
