Rubbish & recycling collection calendar
Summary
The bin collection calendars tell you when to put out your black (rubbish) or green (recycling) bins for the rest of the year. There's two calendars - a red one and a yellow one. If you don't know which calendar you're on, you can find out with our bin collection day finder.

Missed bin collections
If a refuse or recycling collection is missed you can contact us by e-mail or telephone or report it online.
You must report a missed collection to us by noon the day after your scheduled collection.
