Summary

You can make a complaint regarding health and safety in your workplace or at any business premises in the district of South Norfolk, unless they involve large industrial complexes, local authority premises or building sites. These are dealt with by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) - phone 01603 615711 or visit the HSE website [external link].

How to make a health & safety complaint

  1. Contact us online, or by e-mail, telephone or letter (our details are at the foot of this page);
  2. Information we will need from you:
    - your full name;
    - your full address including your postcode;
    - your home telephone number and a number which we can contact you on during normal office hours if this is different;
    - your email address (if applicable);
    - how you would like us to respond to you, and;
    - details of the complaint (e.g. the business/premises involved, description of the problem).
