If you experience flooding, or you think your property could be at risk of flooding, we are able to offer advice. Various agencies are involved with flooding and surface water drainage, see 'Land Drainage - Statement of Common Policy' in the 'Downloads' section below.

How to request flooding & flood risk advice

  1. Contact us online or by e-mail, telephone or letter (our details are at the foot of this page);
  2. Information we will need from you:
    - your full name;
    - your full address including your postcode;
    - your home telephone number and a number which we can contact you on during normal office hours if this is different;
    - your email address (if applicable);
    - how you would like us to respond to you, and;
    - details of your circumstances and how you are at risk from flooding.
