Septic tank emptying
Summary
We offer a service for the emptying of septic tanks/cess pools at domestic premises. Septic tanks vary in build and size, and the average size would hold 4,500Ltrs (1000 gallons). Most properties would be covered by our standard 1200 gallon limit. If you ask when the tank is being emptied, we can tell you what size tank you have.
How to request the tank emptying service
- Contact us online, or by e-mail, telephone or letter (our details are at the foot of this page);
- Information we will need from you:
- your full name;
- your full address including your postcode;
- your home telephone number and a number which we can contact you on during normal office hours if this is different;
- your email address (if applicable);
- how you would like us to respond to you, and;
- details of your request. - We have a standard charge for emptying - this covers a tank capacity of 1200 gallons. See our Environmental Service charges for details.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card when making the booking, or send a cheque to:
