Summary
If you are moving into a new house, or a property that has not had bins before, get in touch with us and we'll arrange for new bins to be delivered to you. If you're new to the area or to the wheeled bin scheme, find out how the service works.
How to request wheeled bins
- Get in touch with us online or by email, phone or letter - our contact details are at the foot of this page;
- You will need to tell us your name & address so we know where to send the bins to.
Further information
One set of bins will be delivered to you (one green bin for recyclables and one black bin for rubbish).They will arrive with an information pack containing collection day details and a collection calendar.
