Summary

The Gambling Act 2005, which is being phased in now, will modernise the law on gambling. Although operator's licences and personal licences will still be dealt with by the Gambling Commission, we will be responsible for the issue and regulation of premises licences.

The relevant application forms, guidance notes and fees are available to download here. If you're unsure which form you need to fill in, please get in touch with us - our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
