Direct Debit is the quickest, safest and easiest way to pay your council tax or business rates to us
Pay for your garden waste bin by Direct Debit
Garden Waste service renewals and new requests can be set up online.
If you have an account with a UK bank or building society and a debit card, you can make one-off payments online.
Request it
Choose your town/village and street and find out why day you need to put your bin out for collection.
You can check the status of your Council Tax or Business Rates (NNDR) account online by signing up to our service. You'll need to let us know you want to join and we'll send you a password for secure access to the most up-to-date information.

Bins - lost, stolen or damaged
If your bin has been lost, stolen or damaged you need to report it to us as soon as possible so that we can continue to collect your waste.
You can report a missed collection of your wheeled bin or sack. You must report it to us by noon the day after your scheduled collection.

Complaints, compliments & suggestions
If you have a complaint, a compliment or a suggestion for how we can improve our services, we want to hear about it.

Grants and funding

Swim School
We run Swim School from Diss Swim and Fitness Centre and Wymondham Leisure Centre. You can book your place online.
