Information

Christopher is married with two sons. A graduate of London University, he was a London borough councillor for 26 years before moving with his family to Norfolk in 1994. He is a qualified solicitor and works part-time as a partner in a solicitors' office in Loddon. He was first elected to South Norfolk District Council in 2003 and has served as Chairman of its Scrutiny Committee throughout.

Christopher was awarded a Master of Arts by the University of East Anglia in 1998 and, having completed his continuing research project, has recently been approved for the award of Doctor of Philosophy. His fields of advanced study are history and political science. He is a committed member of his local parish church.

As an active member of several conservation and heritage bodies, Christopher is keen to see the council promote the preservation of our environment and the efficient delivery of affordable Council services to all residents.
