Summer buzzing
Released on 16 September 2009
Summer's been buzzing for the pest controllers of one council.
Now at last, South Norfolk Council's pest control team says the number of requests for treating wasp nests is starting to go down.
Demand is seasonal and affected by the weather, but this year the council treated 694 nests between the start of April and the end of August, compared with 440 the previous year and 534 in 2007.
