Business units up for grabs

Loddon Business Centre has three office units up for grabs.
The rare vacancies in this bustling market town centre are being advertised by South Norfolk Council from £3,000 a year. Rent is inclusive of services, paid every quarter, which makes the units a hit with new businesses or start-ups.
A vacancy is also coming up at Diss Business Centre and will be available for the New Year. Sought-after space here is usually snapped up fast because this centre also has a conference room and meeting room, which can be hired.
