Licensing Committee membership
Summary
The Licensing & Appeals Committee decide on all matters to do with registration (except electoral registration) and licensing (e.g. taxi licensing). They also decide on the action taken if someone is in breach of licensing regulations. The Licensing Act 2003 Committee deal specifically with licensing issues from the Licensing Act 2003, such as liquor licensing. Both committees are made up of the same members.
