Neighbourhood Fund

Summary

The Neighbourhood Fund aims to support small-scale projects that will improve the quality of life in local communities and make a real difference to the neighbourhood or the environment in and around the district.

Grants are available for eligible organisations and projects, normally up to £2,000. Grants up to £5,000 will be considered for projects that have a wide focus. The Council will consider requests for larger grants in special circumstances.

Applicants should be aware that a review of this fund is currently underway. A decision is due to be made in May 2013 which will clarify the position for 2013/2014 applications.
