Neighbourhood Fund

Summary

The Neighbourhood Fund aims to support small-scale projects that will improve the quality of life in local communities and make a real difference to the neighbourhood or the environment in and around the district. Grants are available for amounts of up to £2000.

Beneficiaries may have the opportunity to present the project, for which they have been awarded a grant, at their local SNAP Meeting and may be asked to participate in publicity.

How do I apply?

To apply you should make sure your project meets the Council's agreed community priorities. Then follow this link to the grants, loans and funding application forms section. Please note as the maximum grant under this scheme is £2,000, you should download and complete the shorter form marked for £2,000 or less.

If you have a South Norfolk strategic project that fits into the themes of the Community Strategy, you may be eligible to apply to South Norfolk Alliance Fund – further details of this can be obtained from the Partnerships & Neighbourhood Manager, South Norfolk Alliance, South Norfolk House, Swan Lane, Long Stratton, NR15 2XE Tel: (01508) 533925.
