Information Systems Strategy

Summary

Information Systems Strategy 2007

To achieve our Community and Corporate Objectives and deliver excellent, affordable services we need to be more effective and more efficient in how we conduct our business and develop and change our organisation.

The Information Systems Strategy creates the corporate framework that identifies how the Council can best organise it’s e-government (electronic government) investments to deliver the council’s objectives. It is business-led, demand-orientated and concerned with exploiting technology either to support business strategies or to create new strategic options.
