Tax base & parish precepts for 2008/09
Summary
The tax base is a figure worked out annually for each of the 119 parishes in South Norfolk, which is used as a baseline for setting council tax charges.
Parish councils need to know the tax base for their parish in order to set the parish precept (the amount of money from your council tax bill that goes directly to the parish), so we publish the figures here for them to refer to.
