Harleston win the South Norfolk Council Chairman’s Cup

"The Chairman’s Cup hockey event took place at Framingham Earl High School’s astroturf pitch on Thursday 21st April on a gloriously sunny day. 8 teams and nearly 100 children from junior schools in the east area of South Norfolk took part in the final event. They had previously had some taster hockey coaching sessions in conjunction with South Norfolk Council’s Sport Development team.
Split into 2 groups Loddon and Poringland came through to contest the runner-up final with Loddon easing to a 3-0 win.
In the overall final Harleston battled it out with Brooke in a titanic struggle with both teams having several chances before Harleston scored in the final minute."
