Register now or lose your vote!

Released on 04 March 2005

There are 7 days to go before the deadline for getting on the register to vote in the County Council – and possibly the General Election – passes. Anyone in South Norfolk not on the voting register and anyone moving into the area must fill in the form and get it back to South Norfolk Council before NEXT FRIDAY – 11 MARCH.

That gets you on the register on 1 April – and you can vote in the 5 May County Council and possibly General Elections.

If you apply AFTER 11 March, you’ll be on the register on 3 May, but this will NOT be effective for 5 May.

Contact the council’s Electoral Services team NOW on 01508 533686 to get a registration form. We will send it to you with a business reply envelope.

Or, go to the website at www.south-norfolk.gov.uk
