Council welcomes go-ahead for new print works

South Norfolk Council has welcomed news that the Government Office for the East will not call in the planning application by New Jarrold Printing Ltd for a new print works at Wymondham.
Councillor Halliday, Cabinet Member for the Economy, said:
"This is good news for the economy and the vitality of Wymondham, and we welcome it.
“We recognise the reasonable concerns of some residents. We believe that in approving the application, the planning committee set a number of conditions which will safeguard their quality of life."
