Holiday activities for Autumn half-term

South Norfolk Council has holiday activity schemes running over half-term in Chedgrave and Long Stratton.

In Chedgrave the council, together with Chedgrave Residents Association, has a week of activities for children of school age, up to fourteen. The scheme runs from Thursday October 21st to Thursday October 28 at the Brian Clarke Community Room, Mallard Close, Chedgrave.

Each session costs £3.00 with activities such as disco dancing, clay work and circus skills on offer. Call Kirsty for all the details and to book, on 01508 522997.

At Long Stratton Leisure Centre the activities run from Thursday October 21 to Friday October 29.

There is a huge range of activities for children aged from 5 to 16, with some sessions for “Tots” (under 5s)

Try roller skating, self defence or badminton, make Halloween masks and recycled rockets, there’s origami, basketball and archery, learn to be creative with tissue paper and clay … and there are many, many more activities to chose from!!!!

Most sessions cost £3.00 (except archery £4.00 and five-a side football £2.50) with some concessionary rates for Passport to Leisure card holders.
